• Do not share your Ola account details or OTP over unsolicited phone calls
• Do not share your credit/debit card number, expiry date, CVV, etc. with anyone
• Do not log in from shared mobile phones which are not your own
• Do not share your Ola account with anyone
• Update and verify your email ID on Ola
