Terms and Conditions:

Children must be strictly accompanied by their parents or guardians throughout the event.

This pass is required to enter the event area.

A physical pass will be issued at the concierge of the mall/ at the Doraemon popup store after showing the receipt of merchandise purchased.

A pass shall not be valid if there is no stamp on the pass.

Participation in the zones will be carried out in batches and on a first come first served basis only. Each zone will host between 3-4 families at max.

Material and other resources for the zones will be provided by the event organizer.

The pass does not hold any monetary value, thus is not applicable for resale.

The event organiser reserves the right to vary the advertised program and/or artists.

All patrons require a pass. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry and/or evict anyone without a valid pass.

Outside Food & Beverages are strictly not allowed except homemade food for toddlers (0 – 3 Yrs)

Patrons attending the event may be filmed, photographed and recorded for the primary purpose of promoting the event. Photographs or recording may appear on event’s online spaces (including website and social media) and other promotional material. Event organizers (or third parties appointed by the event organizers) reserve the right to film, photography, or record without consent and without compensation.If you do not wish for your photographs or recordings to be published, please contact event organizers to withdraw your consent via email: info@ai-india.com

The pass is valid for one day only and re-entry is not allowed.

Organizers are not obliged to replace lost or stolen pass.

If a participant is unable to participate in an activity, he/she can participate in the next round during the event term.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify or remove any person who is found to be a nuisance or a danger to the environment of other participants.

Children/adults with any allergies to be reported at point of registration to take necessary precautions but organisers will not be responsible.

The organizer will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Pets, weapons, alcohol, drugs, smoking are strictly banned in the premises.
