OlaMoney SBI Credit Card Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the terms and conditions for Ola Money SBI Credit Card (“Terms“). These Terms are applicable between you and ZipCash Card Services Private Limited (“ZipCash“) if you successfully apply for the Card or you are issued the Ola Money SBI Credit Card (“Card“) by SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL“) (as the case may be). The Card is a co-branded credit card issued by SBICPSL and marketed by both the SBICPSL and ZipCash. SBICPSL and ZipCash is collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder as applicable and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS BEFORE YOU USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE PARTIES, BECAUSE YOU SHALL BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. YOUR AGREEING TO THESE TERMS SHALL OPERATE AS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ZIPCASH.
You understand, agree and acknowledge that:
- Your application for issuance of the Card will be approved or rejected by SBICPSL based on its customary procedures and credit underwriting criteria. ZipCash will have no role and does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees in relation to such approval or rejection of the Card application by SBICPSL.
- Your use of the Card will be governed by the terms and conditions communicated to you by SBICPSL and any other terms that SBICPSL may notify from time to time.
- ZipCash is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner, the credit transaction or arrangement between you and SBICPSL.
- By using the Card, you fully and unconditionally release and completely discharge ZipCash and/or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents etc., against any claims in connection with the Card, and all such claims (if any) will lie only against SBICPSL.
- ZipCash and SBICPSL may use your information or data (including personal or sensitive personal data or information) in connection with the services associated with the Card. In this regard, you agree and consent for ZipCash to share such data or information with SBICPSL.
- ZipCash and/or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents etc., will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you on account of the use of the Card, including as a result of any fraud or misuse in connection with the use of the Card by any third party.
- ZipCash will not at any point in time be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Card.
- ZipCash and/or SBICPSL may communicate with you, through emails or SMS or notifications through websites/ mobile applications operated by ZipCash or SBICPSL or any other mode, in connection with the use of the Card.
- Upon approval of your Card, all the purchases (minus returns or refunds) made by you using the Card will be eligible for cashbacks as set out below. The rewards/ cashbacks may be subject to change at the discretion of Zipcash –
- Ola: 7% cashback on all Ola rides & Postpaid bill payments (capped at Rs. 500/- per calendar month) + welcome offer of Rs. 500 Ola Money credit
- Cleartrip: 5% cashback on all flights, 20% cashback on all domestic hotels, 6% cashback on all international hotels, 12% cashback on activity bookings (capped at Rs. 5,000/- per transaction for domestic flights and Rs. 15,000/- per transaction for international flights) + welcome offer of Rs. 300 off on flight booking
- Dineout: 20% cashback for bill payment through Dineout Pay on Ola app (capped at Rs. 200/- per transaction subject to a maximum of Rs. 2400/- per year) + welcome offer of 3-month Dineout Gourmet Passport membership
- 1% cashback on all other spends
- All Transactions made by customers for purchasing fuel (Petrol, Diesel etc.) will have complete (1%) waiver of surcharge levied on such transactions, and will not be applicable for any additional rewards.
- You will earn rewards/ cashbacks when you, or an authorized user, use the Card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Accrued rewards/ cashbacks will be automatically credited into your Ola Money Wallet balance within 24 hours of the transaction being settled. You hereby provide your consent to credit accrued rewards/ cashbacks to your Ola Money Wallet.
- Buying products and services with your Card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, you shall not be eligible to earn reward points towards transactions involving cash withdrawal advances and any other kind of fees/charges that may be applicable on the Card such as but not limited to any supplementary card fee, multiple card fee, balance transfer fee, EMI transactions, cash advance fee, charges for dishonored cheques, financial charges, delinquency charges, late payment charges, service charge and any other fee/charge that may be levied by SBICPSL from time to time.
- You can use your cashbacks for eligible purchases on Ola app or through Ola Money at any of the partner merchants.
- Your cashbacks do not expire as long as your Ola Money Wallet account remains active, however, you may lose all your rewards/ cashbacks if your account status changes, or your account is closed for program misuse, fraudulent activities, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or other reasons described in the terms of the Cardholder Agreement.
- Credit Card Accounts are subject to credit approval. Restrictions and limitations apply.

- ZipCash reserves the right to amend and/or modify these Terms at any time without providing any prior notice to you.
