Terms & Conditions:

1. The Offer shall be valid only for Citibank customers who hold a valid and Citibank authenticated Debit or Credit Cards issued in India. 
2. This Offer does not extend to holders of Citibank Corporate Credit Cards;
3. The Offer shall extend to all the cities of India. 
4. No offer code is required to avail this offer. 
5. Cash back shall be credited on or before 60 business days from the date of transaction on a best effort basis to all open and active card members’ account. The timeline provided for effecting credit of the cashback is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
6. ANI Technologies Private Limited shall reserve the sole and exclusive right to modify, amend or cancel whole or part of this Offer at any time without providing any notice whatsoever to Citibank or the Citibank customers who are eligible to avail the Offer. 
7. All Rides taken pursuant to availing the Offer shall be purely governed by the Customer Terms and Conditions which are accepted by all individuals who book cab services on the OLA Mobile App.  
8. This Offer cannot be clubbed with or used in combination with any other offer that may be applicable to Citibank customers. 
9.  Any dispute in relation to the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
