OLA MONEY SBI CREDIT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the terms and conditions for OlaMoney SBI Credit Card (“Terms“). These Terms are applicable between you and Ola Financial Services Private Limited (“OFS“) if you successfully apply for the Card or you are issued the OlaMoney SBI Credit Card (“Card“) by SBI Cards and Payments Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL“) (as the case may be). The Card is a co-branded credit card issued by SBICPSL and marketed by both the SBICPSL and OFS. SBICPSL and OFS are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder as applicable and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS BEFORE YOU USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE PARTIES, BECAUSE YOU SHALL BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. YOUR AGREEING TO THESE TERMS SHALL OPERATE AS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OFS.

You understand, agree and acknowledge that:

  1. Your application for issuance of the Card will be approved or rejected by SBICPSL based on its customary procedures and credit underwriting criteria. OFS will have no role and does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees in relation to such approval or rejection of the Card application by SBICPSL.
  2. Your use of the Card will be governed by the terms and conditions communicated to you by SBICPSL and any other terms that SBICPSL may notify from time to time.
  3. OFS is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner, the credit transaction or arrangement between you and SBICPSL.
  4. By using the Card, you fully and unconditionally release and completely discharge OFS and/or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents etc., against any claims in connection with the Card, and all such claims (if any) will lie only against SBICPSL.
  5. OFS and SBICPSL may use your information or data (including personal or sensitive personal data or information) in connection with the services associated with the Card. In this regard, you agree and consent for OFS to share such data or information with SBICPSL.
  6. OFS and/or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents etc., will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you on account of the use of the Card, including as a result of any fraud or misuse in connection with the use of the Card by any third party.
  7. OFS will not at any point in time be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Card.
  8. OFS and/or SBICPSL may communicate with you, through emails or SMS or notifications through websites/mobile applications operated by OFS or SBICPSL or any other mode, in connection with the use of the Card.
  9. Upon approval of your Card, all the purchases (minus returns or refunds) made by you using the Card will be eligible for cashbacks as set out below. The rewards/cashbacks may be subject to change at the discretion of OFS

**9.1 Spend categories that shall not accrue any cashback:

  • Balance transfers 
  • Cash advances
  • Financial charges (e.g., late payment fee, dishonoured cheque charges, service fee, transaction charges) – 
  • Disputed transactions
  • Any purchases at petrol pumps/service stations
  • E-wallet loading/recharge identified under MCCs 6540 and 6541
  1. All Transactions made by customers for purchasing fuel (Petrol, Diesel etc.) will have complete (1%) waiver of surcharge levied on such transactions, and will not be applicable for any additional rewards.
  2. You will earn rewards/ cashbacks when you, or an authorized user, use the Card to make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. Accrued rewards/ cashbacks will be automatically credited into your OlaMoney Wallet balance within 24 hours of the transaction being settled. You hereby provide your consent to credit accrued rewards/ cashbacks to your OlaMoney Wallet. 
  3. Buying products and services with your Card, in most cases, will count as a purchase; however, you shall not be eligible to earn reward points towards transactions involving cash withdrawal advances and any other kind of fees/charges that may be applicable on the Card such as but not limited to any supplementary card fee, multiple card fee, balance transfer fee, EMI transactions, cash advance fee, charges for dishonored cheques, financial charges, delinquency charges, late payment charges, service charge and any other fee/charge that may be levied by SBICPSL from time to time.
  4. You can use your cashbacks for eligible purchases on Ola app or through OlaMoney at any of the partner merchants.
  5. Your cashbacks do not expire as long as your OlaMoney Wallet account remains active, however, you may lose all your rewards/cashbacks if your account status changes, or your account is closed for program misuse, fraudulent activities, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or other reasons described in the terms of the Cardholder Agreement.
  6. Credit Card Accounts are subject to credit approval. Restrictions and limitations apply.

  8. OFS reserves the right to amend and/or modify these Terms at any time without providing any prior notice to you.

7% Cashback on Ola

How to avail this offer:

  • Add your OlaMoney SBI credit card on the Payments section of the Ola app
  • On booking your next Ola ride, set the card as the payment option and pay for your rides using the OlaMoney SBI Card

Terms and conditions:

  • The cashback is applicable on all Ola cab spends.
  • Cashback amount is capped at Rs. 500 per billing cycle.
  • Cashback will be credited within 3 days to your OlaMoney wallet.

5% Cashback on Cleartrip Flights

How to avail this offer:

  • Visit the Cleartrip website or mobile app
  • Login only by using the mobile number linked to your OlaMoney SBI Credit Card account
  • Select your preferred Flight for booking
  • Apply Coupon Code “OLACC” to avail the cashback
  • Complete the payment using the OlaMoney SBI Credit Card

Terms and conditions:

  • Offer is valid on any Domestic or International One-way/Roundtrip Flight available on Cleartrip.
  • The cashback is applicable on the total amount paid by the customer exclusive of taxes (including convenience charges, any add-ons such as insurance etc.).
  • The cashback will be credited to your OlaMoney wallet (linked with the mobile number used to login to Cleartrip app/ website) within 24 hours of the transaction (Max cashback Rs 5,000 for domestic and Rs 15,000 for International bookings).
  • In case you cancel the booking (in part or full) the cashback availed for the said booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants.
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on Cleartrip.
  • This offer is valid for your current membership period.

10% Cashback on Cleartrip Hotels

  • Complete the payment using the OlaMoney SBI Credit Card

  • The cashback is applicable on the total amount paid by the customer exclusive of taxes. (including convenience charges, any add-ons such as insurance etc.)
  • Cashback on hotel bookings would be processed by Cleartrip to the OlaMoney wallet within 3 days of checking out.
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on Cleartrip.

WELCOME OFFERS

Welcome offers (as applicable from time to time), redemption guidelines, and offer applicability will be communicated to the user at various touchpoints on the Ola app within 3-4 days of making the first transaction. To unlock the welcome offer, the user has to make the first transaction of minimum Rs. 100.
