• The Offer is exclusive for Ola users in India except Assam, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Telangana and E-discount voucher can be redeemed by a customer in offline modes through Puma Showrooms Pan India
• As per the Offer Ola customers can avail flat INR 1000 off on total bill on presenting the E-discount voucher on the purchase of items from select ‘full price’ Puma stores only
• Offer is not valid on factory outlet and multi brand stores.
• The Vouchers can be redeemed on the purchase of Puma shoes only.  
• The participation to this offer is voluntary. By participating, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this offer and waive its right to claim any ambiguity.
• One Ola user can redeem only one E-discount voucher on one bill.
• E-discount voucher can be redeemed till 8th December, 2019, Puma Stores Pan India as decided by Puma. 
• This Offer is valid only for the Customers who present the valid E-discount voucher.
• PUMA may cancel the E-discount vouchers at its discretion to a non-eligible customer at any point in time without any liability to any person whatsoever.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other Offer. Puma loyalty points cannot be used in the offer transaction. 
• The Offer is valid at all stores in India.
• Disputes if any, shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.  
• Holding of the Offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
• This offer can’t be exchanged for cash or with some other Product/service being given free and in kind. 
• Decision of OLA and PUMA in respect to the offer shall be final and binding.
