Terms and conditions for $100 driver referral bonus

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this offer, drivers in Perth (WA) are eligible to receive $100 bonus amount for referring a new driver to Ola during the offer period, which commences on 00:00 1/10/2020 local time and ends on 23:59 30/11/2020 local time. 
  2. An existing driver (referrer) can refer a new driver (referee) to Ola by sharing the referrer’s unique referral code from the referrer’s Ola driver app. 
  3. Subject to the terms and conditions of this offer, the referee will also receive $100 for the referral.
  4. The referee must be a new driver with Ola and enter the referrer’s referral code during the registration process. A new driver is a driver who has never before had a driver account with Ola in Australia 
  5. To receive the $100 bonus amount (referrer) and $100 amount (referee):
    (a) the referee must be approved and registered as a driver with Ola by 23:59 30/11/2020 local time; and
    (b) the referee must complete 15 rides in the referee’s first 10 days after registration with Ola.
  1. Subject to all other conditions of this offer, the referral amount will be paid to the referrer’s account within 14 days of the conditions being fulfilled by the referee. 
  2. The offer cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or promotion and is not transferable or redeemable. 
  3. Ola reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time. 
  4. Ola driver agreement and standard terms apply.

Terms and conditions for Driver to Customer referral

  1. Drivers can refer a new customer to Ola by sharing their unique referral code. The driver will earn $20 cash when the customer takes their first ride, and the customer will receive $10 off their first ride.
  2. Conditions for receiving the $20.00 are as follows:
    1. the referee must be new to Ola;
    2. the referee must enter the referrer’s referral code during the signup process or within 10 days of the signup process and in any event before their first ride.
  3. The referrer will receive $20.00 into their driver account when the referee takes their first ride.
  4. The offer cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or promotion and is not transferable or redeemable. 
  5. Ola reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time. 
  6. Ola driver agreement and standard terms apply.
  7. For the referee:
    1. The referee will receive a $10.00 credit amount when they sign up using the referrer’s referral code.
    2. Conditions for receiving the credit amount are as follows:
      1. The referee must be new to Ola;
      2. The referee must enter the referrer’s referral code during the signup process or within 10 days of the signup process and in any event before their first ride.
    3. The credit amount is valid for 60 days from the date it is received. 
    4. The credit amount is issued as a coupon.
    5. The coupon is automatically applied to the first ride.
    6. Any portion of the coupon unused on the selected ride cannot be rolled over and will be forfeited.
    7. The credit amount cannot be used for tolls, airport fees and/or any other third party charges.

Terms and conditions for 0% commission

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this offer, drivers in Perth (WA) are eligible to a commission of 0% during the offer period, which commences on 00:00 1/10/2020 local time and ends on 23:59 31/10/2020 local time.
  2. The offer applies to completed rides in Perth (WA) only. 
  3. Commissions on rides in any other cities are not affected by the offer. 
  4. The offer excludes booking fees, tolls, airport fees and any other third party charges and cannot be taken, used or combined with any other offer, discount, prize or promotion. 
  5. Payment for completed rides under the offer will be made according to Ola’s usual payment terms. 
  6. The offer is not transferable or redeemable. 
  7. Ola reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time.
