- When you/participant (“you”/ “participant”) sell your car using Ola Cars platform, it will be our endeavour to get you the maximum price. If you find a better price offer on any other online platform, Ola Cars will match the same and top it up by giving you additional Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) more. However, the same shall be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
- The offer is applicable on Cars of the same brand, model, year of manufacturing, specification, odometer reading (+- 2000 Kms).
- Ola Cars will only consider quotes from Online Marketplaces for used cars/used vehicle sales platform competing with Ola Cars. Quotes from local offline dealers will not be considered.
- Users have to share screenshots/ pictures of the original quote. Such quote shared should not be expired and should be valid and existing.
- The competitive quotes should not be older than a week (< 7days) from the date of raising the claim.
- Our team will review the claim for genuineness before approving and verify the quote shared. Ola Cars shall have the sole discretion either to reject or accept the claims basis the genuineness. You must also ensure that (a) quote shared must be in the Indian currency; (b) you have not signed up for any kind of special membership or program for getting such quote from our competition (including corporate offers, coupon codes, etc.); (c) quote among other things should clearly mention car brand, model, year of manufacturing, odometer reading.
- Currently, offer is applicable only for cities with Ola Cars presence.
- Ola Cars reserves the rights, to stop the offer at any point in the future without assigning any reason at its sole discretion without any liability.
- Ola Cars reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these terms and conditions, and/or to add, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or cancel this offer without notice at its sole discretion without any liability. The terms and conditions that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the offer. Interpretation of this offer terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Ola Cars.
- Ola Cars shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this offer.
- To the extent only permitted by applicable law, Ola Cars reserves the right to use the image, photograph, name and likeness for participants who have successfully availed the offer in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world for any purpose connected with the products/services of Ola Cars without additional compensation or prior notice and all participants consent to the same.
- Subject to applicable laws, Ola Cars shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by you as a result of these terms and conditions, or entering into this contest.
- The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Ola Cars harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Ola Cars due to breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained.
- Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by participating in the offer.
- Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or the offer shall be governed by the laws of the India, exclusively by an appropriate court located in Bangalore, India.
