• Ola reserves the right to withdraw/modify the campaign at its own discretion
• The resort holiday voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only by contacting the customer service department. The coupon is non-transferable/giftable and non-negotiable and not to be used for any commercial purpose
• This coupon entitles the customer for a 2N/3D holiday in the specified Oxygen Resorts
• Holiday can be availed only during the period from July 1st to September 15th and November 30th to December 15th, 2019
• The type of apartment provided will be a studio which will accommodate 2 adults and 2 children below the age of 12 years
• This voucher entitles only stay and all other expenses like food, beverages, laundry & applicable taxes for stay and expenses should be paid directly of the resorts
• All holiday requests are subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
• In an event the voucher is not utilised by the customer or due to the inability of the company to confirm holiday as a result of the above-mentioned factor the same shall lapse within 6 months of the issue date
