Card Holder to carry out four (4) valid debit Card transactions on OLA CABS within the Offer Period, worth more than INR.150 per transaction, and be eligible to get the cashback worth INR.100, for the first 7500 qualifiers Cardholders only.

B. Winner Criteria
- Qualification Criteria
- Card Holder would require to complete a minimum of four successful Card transactions on OLA CABS during the Offer Period.
- Transactions amounting to INR 150 and above per transaction only, will be considered and be eligible to be considered towards the four Card transactions.
- Only one Transaction per day will be considered to calculate the eligibility of four successful Card transactions, as mentioned in paragraph ‘a’ hereinabove.
- The Offer is only applicable to the first 7500 Card Holders fulfilling all the qualification criteria.
C. Other Criteria
- The transactions should only be on OLA CABS
- Wallet Transactions will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
D. Offer Terms & Conditions
- The Offer is exclusively for Card Holder(s) and transactions must be carried out using a Card, for availing the offer.
- Taxes and/or charges payable to the government or any other authority, if any, shall be borne by the Card Holders and/or will be billed to the account of the respective Card Holder.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other consideration.
- Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/discount/promotion available
- These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law and any dispute relating to the Offer will be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
- The Bank and the Alliance Partner reserve the right to in their sole and absolute discretion disallow any Card Holder engaging in suspicious behavior or having invalid details/credentials from being eligible for the Offer.
- The Offer shall not apply to Void Transactions.
- The Offer will be available only once per Card during the Offer Period. The cashback will be credited into the Card Holder’s account within 90 working days.
- The Bank does not guarantee and make any representation or warranty about the usefulness, worthiness of the discount / benefit and quality and/or delivery of the Products/Services provided by the Alliance Partner, under the Offer.
- The Bank and Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change any of the terms applicable to the Offer and/or to withdraw the Offer completely, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons and without any prior intimation whatsoever.
- The Bank shall not be liable/responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss/ damage/ claim/dispute that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Products/ Services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holders from the Alliance Partner, in connection with this Offer.
- The Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or any Card Holder from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
- In case of any dispute with regard to the eligibility or any other criteria related to this Offer, or about the entitlement of any Card Holder to claim any benefit under this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding on all the parties to the dispute.
