Your invoice is on its way to your inbox. We’ll email the invoice within 48 hrs of delivery (provided you’ve shared your KYC details with us) along with the warranty handbook.
You don’t just get a car when you buy from Ola Cars. You also get a 12-month comprehensive warranty on your purchase. The warranty covers larger aspects of the car which include engine peripherals, car steering, car breaks, electrical system, air conditioning, and much more. Who doesn’t have second thoughts? If you’re rethinking your purchase, you can return the car in 7 days and get your total amount back. Just reach out to your Ola Cars champion or chat on Ola App/email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ownership transfer is easy and timely with Ola Cars. Your ownership transfer process will be initiated after 7 days from delivery (once the return period is over). The timeline of ownership transfer will vary as per the RTO (and any local covid restrictions) but our team will get it all done within 60-90 days from the date of delivery (provided you have shared all KYC documents with us). We shall keep you updated on the progress and inform you once the ownership transfer is completed.
Insurance is always a matter of concern. But not so much when you buy from Ola Cars. Your car will have third-party insurance with validity at the time of purchase. All you have to do is buy a new insurance or get an existing one transferred in your name. Buying a car from us doesn’t just end there. It’s the start of a relationship.
