Terms & Conditions:

• This scheme is valid only for Outstation rides originating from Chandigarh
• This scheme is valid only for Mini and Prime sedan rides that are booked more than 24 hours in advance. Prime Play and SUV rides are not eligible for this program
• This scheme is valid only for rides which originate between 10 AM to 8 PM from Tuesday – Sunday and will not be valid for rides originating on Monday or a public holiday
• In case of cab availability, a higher category Prime vehicle may be provided for a Mini booking at no extra cost to the customer
• A ride cancelled by the customer will not be eligible for a reimbursement.
• In case of a partner cancelling the ride, the customer will be asked via the app if he wants a vehicle re-allotment for his upcoming ride – which he should confirm to be eligible for reimbursement.
• The customer should be contactable from at least an hour before the trip start time and issues like phone switched off/network issue/unreachability/customer not picking up will not be considered as valid reasons for reimbursement
• Reimbursement will be in the form of Ola coupons worth Rs 1000/- (5 Prime coupons worth Rs 200 each). These coupons will be valid for a duration of 6 months and will not be transferable
• The reimbursement will be processed within 24 hours from the actual scheduled ride time
• In all disputed cases, Ola reserves the ride to evaluate each case on its merit and make an informed judgement on the validity of the reimbursement
• All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only
