What is the offer?

• Pay with PhonePe Wallet, get a scratch card and win up to ₹300 cashback on your first 3 Ola rides paid for using Phonepe Wallet, either on Ola app or PhonePe Switch 
• Minimum transaction amount is ₹100 to avail the offer, to be paid entirely using Phonepe wallet
• Cashback amount will vary between ₹10 to ₹100 per eligible PhonePe transaction

What is the eligibility criteria?

• On Ola app: Payment to be made through PhonePe Wallet after selecting the “PhonePe” option on the payment screen
• On PhonePe Switch: Offer is applicable on Ola payments through Wallet linked on PhonePe
• This offer will be applicable on first 3 rides paid using Phonepe Wallet either on Ola app or PhonePe Switch during the offer period
• Transaction amount of at least ₹100 must be paid through PhonePe Wallet only
• Offer is not applicable if, for example, a transaction of ₹100 is paid using ₹50 PhonePe Wallet balance and ₹50 through BHIM UPI/Debit or Credit Card.
• No other payment methods (BHIM UPI / Debit or Credit Card) are applicable on this offer
• For users availing the offer on PhonePe Switch: In case payment is not processed through AutoPay, a payment collect call will be raised for the ride fare value. The payment request would be visible under the pending payments section (top right notification bell). You would have to make the payment, to be able to book the next Ola ride.
• External VPA transactions with @ybl handle are not applicable for this offer
• This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law

• From 00:00 hrs 13th November 2020 to 23:45 hrs 31st March 2021

How many times will I be awarded Scratch card?

• Scratch card can be availed thrice (per device, per user) on first 3 rides paid for using Phonepe Wallet on Ola app or PhonePe Switch

How do I get the Scratch card?

• On Ola app, after selecting or completing rides proceed to pay
• Select “Ola Money Wallet” option in the ride selection screen to proceed to payment page
• In the payment page, click on “PhonePe” as the payment method
• You will be redirected to the “Pay by PhonePe” screen; follow instruction specified (Click on Send OTP, Enter OTP and Login)
• Pick the preferred payment option from the options shown (Wallet linked on PhonePe)
• Click on “Pay” to complete the transaction

How do I redeem the Scratch card and get cashback?

• On a successful transaction on Ola you get the scratch cards
• In the PhonePe app, click on View My Rewards section
• Find the unscratched cards and swipe to redeem the rewards
• Once redeemed scratch card, cashback will be credited within 24 hours
• Scratch card redemption limit is up to one year
• Note: Scratch cards received on this offer can be redeemed only on android version 3.3.36 / ios version 5.0.31.1000 and above. Upgrade your app to redeem cashback

When do I get the Scratch Card?

• Scratch card will be rewarded to your active PhonePe account within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.

What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?

• In case of any cancellations, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
• Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment

Other Terms and Conditions:

• A user can earn up to ₹9,999 cashback in the PhonePe wallet per financial year (i.e. 1st April to 31st March) from offers disbursed on PhonePe
• Offer is applicable on Android devices only
• Cashback given against the scratch card can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores
• Cashback given against the scratch card cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers
• Any scratch card and cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction
• PhonePe reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by PhonePe from time to time.
• PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice
• Customers’ participation in the offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with the offer
