Terms and conditions:

Peerless Resort:

  • Discount will not be applicable during Durgapuja, Christmas & other puja holidays ( 22nd Sept till 8th Oct 2017 & 22nd Dec till 2nd Jan 2018) or any other promotional offers by the Resort authority.
  • The reservation must be confirmed ¬†through OLA only with the guest name and registered car no as a reference. Otherwise Resort authority will have the rights to dishonour the discount.
  • Reservation should be confirmed to the guest after getting the proper mail confirmation from the Resort Authority.
  • Discount will be honoured to the guests who will be reaching at Mukutmanipur by registered OLA Car only. The car no and the guest name will be recorded as reference to applicability of the discount.
  • Full and final payment will be made by the guest directly upon C/out.
  • Room booking will not be cancelled last moment otherwise one night retention will be charged to OLA.
  • Please provide us one point contact details for reservation.

Hotel Deepak:

  • We can provide a maximum discount of 10% on our room rent. Customers need to specify the total number of rooms and the type of room (AC, Non-AC, Cottage)
  • We need full payment in advance for confirmation of the rooms at our hotel
  • The full rent money should be paid directly to our bank account for confirmation of the rooms
  • We have removed the cancellation and refund policy for the time being. Customers can reschedule their stay with us within the next one month from the cancelled previous booking date.
  • Customers are required to carry cash with them during their stay as cards are not accepted yet.
  • Please do check for rooms with us before confirming any booking for the customers.
