What is the ‘Rs. 29 up to 4 km’ offer?

We at Ola would like every user to experience the convenience of booking an Auto from the Ola App over the hassles of roadside hailing. To get you started, we have a sweet limited period offer where all your Ola Auto rides up to 4 km will be charged at a flat fare of Rs. 29.

Please note that fare in Gujarat is Rs.20 for 4 km.

What is access fee?

In order to make the convenience of doorstep pickup available on Ola Auto bookings, we charge our users a nominal fee, which is called Access fee. This fee varies across the cities and is included within the flat fare offer of ‘Rs. 29 up to 4 km’.

What will I be charged after 4 km?

After 4 km, users will be charged standard fares, along with access fees.

Will peak pricing apply on Auto rides?

During surge in demand, peak pricing may get added to your access fee, resulting in slightly increased fares.

Will night charges apply for Auto rides?

To keep our driver partners motivated round the clock, Ola Auto switches to night pricing across every city. Fares during these hours will include standard night fares, along with the access fee.
