Every hour of the day people use Ola to get around 110 cities in India. Every day we ask our users to share their views and feedback to support us bring a better experience the next time. Along the way we’ve taken several giant leaps forward.

Yet again, we are glad to announce our new Account Safety feature whereby we can now detect unauthorized logins to your account and promptly send you an alert to enable you safeguard your account.

Here’s how you can use this feature to protect your account:

Whenever we identify an unauthorized login to your account we send an SMS alert immediately at your registered mobile number to enable you ascertain the login.

If you think that you didn’t login, you can confirm your identity by providing your registered mobile number and by tapping on ‘logout of all active sessions’ link provided in the SMS to logout of all your active sessions at once.

Once the log out across sessions is successful, you can optionally reset your password to prevent unauthorized access to your account in future.

With this new security feature now enjoy the benefit of a more safe and reliable booking experience anywhere and anytime you like.
