- One customer can avail discount only once on a particular CRN. Customers need to carry Photo ID proof.
- The customers can avail the offer from 14th Nov 2018 to 21st Nov 2018, i.e the test must be conducted within these dates only (except on Sunday Nov.18th)
- The blood tests on which discounts will be given are Fasting Blood Sugar, Post Postprandial Blood Sugar, HbA1c, Random Blood Sugar.
