At Ola we’re obsessed with only one thing: to help people get to places! We’re constantly scaling up, reaching new places, finding new ways to ensure everyone has a ride when they need one. A few months ago we joined forces with the good folks at TaxiForSure, to simplify India’s commuting needs, together. And today we proudly announce the next big step in that direction: bringing TaxiForSure’s super economical rides on our platform.

Starting today, you can book TFS’s hatchback cars  in your city right from the Ola App.  Say Ola to rides starting at Rs49! This is your most pocket-friendly option, for sure!

The booking process remains the same: you tap on the TFS icon and hit RIDE NOW. TaxiForSure will send you the driver details and all other information pertaining to your ride right up to the billing and invoice. For any support, you may directly reach them at 60601010 preceded by the local STD code.

So make your impromptu plans, put on those shoes and hit ‘Ride Now’ because you have more taxis for sure on your Ola app. #ChaloNiklo.

Q: Where will I receive my booking details from?
A : You will receive your Booking ID, Driver Details as SMS from TaxiForSure. Ola only facilitates TFS bookings and keeps no details of the bookings made. Billing and invoicing will be done by the TFS team as well. 
Q: Can I book a TFS through your call centres or your website?
A: Booking for TaxiForSure can be made only on the Ola App, we don’t accept call centre or website bookings for this category.
Q: What are the charges for booking TaxiForSure form the Ola App?
A: The charges are the same as TaxiForSure’s hatchback cab rates in your city. Please refer to the fare chart here: http://www.taxiforsure.com/fares/. We do not charge anything extra for providing this service. 
Q: I am in Mumbai. I can still not see the TaxiForSure icon.
A: You need to update the Ola App to see the icon. Currently available only on Android. The iOs version will be out soon. 

Q: Which cities can I book a TaxiForSure Hatchback from?
A: You can now book a TaxiForSure Hatchback from the Ola mobile app in Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Surat, Rajkot, Baroda, Mysore, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Indore, Gwalior, Bhopal, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Udaipur, Kota, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Kanpur, Allahabad and Agra
Q: Can I also book at sedan from TaxiForSure on Ola?
A: No, you can only book for a hatchback (equivalent of Ola Mini) from the TaxiForSure icon on the Ola App.
Q: I have booked a TaxiForSure ride, but I cannot see it in my upcoming rides on the Ola app. Why?
A: TaxiForSure rides – upcoming or history- will not be visible on the Ola App. You may look for the same on the TaxiForSure app. 
Q: Can I pay my ride fare using my Ola Money?
A: TaxiForSure rides have to be paid for in cash only. Currently, that is the only mode of payment accepted
Q: Can I use my TaxiForSure or Ola coupon codes for my TaxiForSure rides booked on Ola?
A: No, such coupons will not apply for your TaxiForSure ride booked on Ola. 
Q: I am not registered on TaxiForSure. Can I still book a ride?
A: Yes. You can book a TaxiForSure ride on your Ola app even if you are not registered at TaxiForSure. 
Q: I want to book a TaxiForSure ride on the Ola app in advance. Why don’t I see the option for that?
A: This category is available only as a ‘Ride Now’ option. You don’t need to plan in advance, whenever you need to book a cab, you’ll always find one just within 10 minutes’ distance.
Q: I had to go to the airport but the driver cancelled the ride when I told him about the airport drop. Why?
A: It is mandatory for you to select the ‘Airport Drop’ option if you want a ride to the airport. The rates applicable in the city are different from the charges for airport rides. If you did not select the option, you or the driver might just have to cancel the ride.
Q: Can I track my TaxiForSure ride on the Ola App?
A: Yes, you can. The tracking screen is the same for Ola and TaxiForSure rides.
Q: I booked a hatchback but the driver has come in a sedan. Do I have to pay a higher fare?
A: If you booked a hatchback and still got a sedan, you still pay hatchback prices.
Q: Why can’t I see the bill amount on the app?
A: TaxiForSure is taking care of billing and Invoice. So, you won’t get the bill amount on our App. You will get a SMS from TaxiForSure at Booking Allotment & end trip. For any query related to Billing & Invoice, call TaxiForSure customer support at 60601010, preceded by the city code.
