With times remaining unprecedented, we must remember to continue keeping our guard up when it comes to staying safe. We urge you to be aware of our COVID Care Package and to make full use of it, if the need ever arises. 

Everything you need to know about Ola’s COVID Care Package:
  • COMMITMENT FROM LEADERS As we speak, Ola’s leaders are constantly monitoring the situation, working to secure and facilitate the necessary resources.
  • REGULAR CHECK-INS We will continue to check-in on you to ensure you and your family are keeping safe, through: 
    • The ‘Are You Safe? Inquiry Form‘ – a form sent to you every day. Please take the time to fill it up so we can be of help, if and when needed. 
    • Outbound Calls from 08068964005 to each and everyone to check on your health status and for any help you may need. Please save this number on your phone in case you need to reach out.
  • MORE WAYS TO CALL FOR HELP AND COUNSELLING 

    In addition to the mFine app, where you can directly seek appointments and medical consultations, we’ve also instituted:
    • An exclusive panel of doctors to answer your queries and provide tele-medical consultations. The details will be shared tomorrow.
    • A 24/7 COVID Care Helpline Number 08068964005, for any assistance or emergencies.
    • A panel of independent mental health counsellors, in addition to the EAP program.
    • You can also call the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) on 18001210445 to speak to certified counsellors for confidential emotional support. We urge you to speak freely on virtually anything that troubles you.
  • BEHIND THE SCENE TEAMS 
    FOR CREDIBLE INFORMATION AND RESOURCES

    We have set up a war room with dedicated teams working tirelessly to secure and provide you with information, leads, and resources around insurance, quarantine, medicines, oxygen, hospital beds, transportation and logistics, among other things.

    Your seniors are continuously apprised of the situation so that decisions and actions can be taken at a moment’s notice. 
  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR MEDICAL NEEDS 

    Please remember you are covered for any medical expenses through your insurance. In addition to that:
    • You can reimburse expenses of up to INR 30,000 for OPD medical assistance – including quarantine facilities, food, medicines, and medical equipment (such as oxygen concentrators, etc.), in the event you test positive.
    • If you live alone in the city and happen to test positive, you can check-in at one of the Fab Hotels, our partner for a cashless quarantine facility, by providing your basic information. 
  • OLA VACCINATION DRIVE: We have already begun the Ola Vaccination Drive* for both you and your eligible (18+ years) dependents*. Please register if you haven’t already and keep an eye out for your slot allotment.

    In the meantime, if you get a slot for your vaccination through any of the Govt. portals, we urge you to go ahead with it. Ola will reimburse the cost of the vaccine for both doses.
