Ola Details:

• This offer is for residents of Bangalore only.
• 9 Winners will be selected through a random selection process and will get a chance to get along a partner with them.
• Winners will be informed about their selection via email and sms on 27th September.
• Flying confirmation and dates need to be shared by 27th September itself. An Ola executive will get in touch with the winner over a call.
• Take as many rides as possible to be a part of the selection criteria.
• Selection will be considered for rides taken only on Micro / Mini and Prime category
• Ola does not guarantee a seat on the flight even after taking a maximum number of rides.
• The ride is only one way (Bangalore to Mysore) and local arrangements and return travel arrangements have to be made by the passengers.
• Selection of dates is on first come first basis. The sooner the confirmation is received the dates will be allotted according to customer preference

Flight / Flying guidelines

• The Fly to Mysore campaign is available between 28th Sept and 30th Sept.
• This ride is provided by KSTDC’s authorized aviation partner – Air Ambari. Ola is a ground transportation partner for this campaign.
• Ola does not accept any liability that may arise from this activity.
• No rescheduling of any seating is allowed once its confirmed on 27th September.
• Each individual winning customer is eligible for a maximum of 2 seats
• Flight schedule is between – 9:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M. in the morning from Bangalore HAL airport to Mysore airport (All 3 days).
• Flight will take off from the HAL Airport and winners must make their own transport arrangements to airport.
• Winners need to arrive 45 minutes before the flight takeoff time at the HAL Airport.
• Aircraft is subject to airworthiness and weather conditions.
• All the terms of agreement for flight are applicable between the passenger and the designated aviation partner only and Ola is just a facilitator for the marketing campaign
  Relevant documentation needs to be made available to Ola to share with aviation partner to create manifest in advance and the same will be informed by an Ola Executive over a call. Failing to provide documentation will automatically cancel the customer’s chance of taking a ride.
• This campaign is applicable only to persons of 18 years of age and above only.
